I know the hotel quite well, but it was a while ago that I stayed here. Some parts of the hotel have been refurbished and that was a good idea. It looks more up to date now. Rooms are OK but not very special. Food is excellent. Service attitude of some of the staff is still below zero, but I noticed that the senior staff is doing a big effort to improve on that issue.
Everything was great except parking lot. Parking lot was not owned by the hotel, so I had to pay so much for parking although parking lot was in the basement of the hotel. I think hotel should own the parking for guests.
